Anne founded Elegant Fare over 25 years ago. She represents the entrepreneurial spirit of women across America. Trained as a teacher at Douglas College, she went on to become a stay-at-home mom. When opportunity presented itself, she entered the workforce and began the home-delivery service of Elegant Fare. Since then, Anne's steady leadership has guided Elegant Fare into the region's finest corporate and social caterer with an unparalleled reputation for creating modern events out of timeless values.
Chef Tsvika (Vik) began following his dream to become a world-class chef by following his mentor, Chef Philippe, to Paris. There, he attended private cooking and pastry schools. After graduation, Chef Vik worked in restaurants in Paris, St. Tropez, and Cannes, and studied under famous chefs including George Blanc and Regis Marcon. He began traveling throughout Europe, stopping occassionally to learn from its many talented chefs, such as those in England's Lake District, Northern Italy, and back to Tel Aviv, the place of his birth. He moved to San Francisco, where he perfected his craft at renowned restaurants such as Maria Therese, The Sherman House Hotel, and Ruby Skye. Chef Vik moved to Cincinnati to become executive chef of The Celestial Restaurant, where he was employed until joining the Elegant Fare team.
Kevin has been with Elegant Fare since April 2007. Before that, he was owner and manager of Therapy Café in Dayton. Kevin ensures the overall success of every Elegant Fare event. He is responsible for scheduling and serving catered events while working closely with the sales, operations, culinary, and service teams. A professional potter for the past 10 years, Kevin also taught in the ceramic department of Stivers School for the Arts.
Scott B. ~ Service Manager
Scott began working with Elegant Fare more than 15 years ago as a part-time server. It was clear from the beginning that he had a passion for the industry...and specifically for Elegant Fare. Having grown and evolved with us, Scott understands every facet of managing a flawless Elegant Fare experience. And he truly enjoys the opportunity to bring something special to each and every event.
Gail has worked in the hospitality industry, including fine dining and restaurant management, for more than 20 years. With Elegant Fare over the past 10 years, she has planned small intimate dinners to large-scale events. Gail listens carefully to her clients' unique needs and expectations and welcomes their participation throughout the planning process. However, where turn-key events are preferred, she is able to handle every detail.
Already having 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Renee Fink joined the Elegant Fare team in 2003. Renee's previous experience included being special events manager for the Cincinnati Art Museum. Renee is responsible for the planning and seamless execution of corporate, social events, and weddings. She brings to each event the art of combining fine food and outstanding service, and ensures that every event is perfectly executed and memorable from beginning to end.
A native Cincinnatian, Julie has more than 12 years of catering experience. She specializes in planning and coordinating weddings, corporate, and social events. Clients have continually praised her ability to deliver an enjoyable experience even when making last-minute changes. Julie excels in these situations by ensuring that every detail of every event is flawlessly executed.
